Will patients know they're talking to AI?

Yes — and that's by design. Our AI discloses that it's an AI assistant at the start of every call. It's warm, natural, and uses your practice's name. For complex questions, it offers to have your staff follow up.

Does this replace my front desk?

Not at all. BooQik handles the calls your team can't reach — after-hours, overflow during busy periods, and follow-up that usually falls through the cracks. Your staff focuses on in-office patients.

How long does setup take?

Most practices are live within 5–7 business days. You fill out a short onboarding form, and we handle everything — integration, customization, testing, and launch.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every client before handling any calls. All data is encrypted and we never store more patient information than necessary.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. You fill out a form about your practice, and we build everything. You get a daily report — that's it. No software to learn, no dashboards to manage.

How does BooQik handle emergencies?

If a caller describes a dental emergency, BooQik flags it immediately and offers to connect them with your emergency line or on-call provider. It never tries to handle emergencies on its own.

Can BooQik handle multiple practices?

Yes. Each practice gets its own phone number, conversation flow, calendar, and reporting. Nothing is shared between clients.

What happens if the AI can't answer a question?

BooQik tells the caller it will have your team follow up, takes their information, and sends you an alert. It never makes up answers.

Do you offer a trial period?

We don't offer free trials, but we do offer a live demo where you can hear BooQik handle calls for your practice. Most clients know within the first week that it's working.

What information does BooQik collect from callers?

Name, phone number, reason for visit, insurance provider, and scheduling preferences. Only what's needed to book an appointment and update your team.
